- Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment through our secure link, you authorize Tanuren Restaurant to charge your provided payment method for the specified amount. This includes:
- Food and beverage purchases
- Reservation deposits (if applicable)
- Event bookings or catering orders
- Any applicable service charges or taxes
- Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation via email, Text or WhatsApp.
- Please keep the confirmation for your records as proof of payment.
- In case you do not receive confirmation within 1 hour, contact us immediately.
- Security
- All payments are processed using secure, encrypted gateways via our authorized payment provider.
- Tanuren Restaurant does not store your card information.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Dine-in/Takeaway Orders: Once payment is processed, it is considered final. Refunds are not issued unless the order is cancelled within 5 minutes.
- Event/Catering Payments: Cancellation with refund is allowed only if made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- No refund will be made for a change of mind or delayed pick-up.
- Disputes and Chargebacks

- We will do our best to resolve the issue amicably before any chargeback is initiated.
- Link Expiry and Validity
- Payment links are valid for a limited time only. Expired links must not be used and are not honored.
- Do not share the link with third parties unless instructed by Tanuren staff.
- Fraudulent Transactions
- Any fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
- We reserve the right to block future transactions from suspicious accounts.
- Modification of Terms
- Tanuren Restaurant reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the payment link constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
